AskRami is operated as a single-person service. By submitting a question — free or paid — you agree that any answer represents one operator's opinion based on available information, and is not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice. You're responsible for what you do with it.
Paid questions are billed at the price shown when you submit. We capture funds immediately and answer within the stated SLA. If the SLA is missed, you choose: accept the late answer, or take a full refund through the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 7 business days.
We don't sell or share your email address. We do email you about the questions you've submitted. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@askrami.com. Continued use of the service after a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
