Paid questions come with a published SLA — the maximum time we'll take to answer. If we miss the SLA, you get a refund button in your dashboard. One click, full refund, no questions asked. Alternatively, you can choose to accept the late answer at no further cost.
If the answer is delivered within SLA, the purchase is non-refundable. The thing you're buying is operator time and judgment, not a guarantee that you'll like the answer. We aim to be honest — sometimes that's the answer you needed to hear.
If we determine your submission violates our content rules (URLs, marketing pitches, abuse, etc.) we'll reject it and refund the payment in full, regardless of SLA. Refunds reach your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
