We collect the minimum we need to run the service: your email address (via magic-link auth), the content of questions you submit, and payment metadata from Stripe (we never see your card number). That's it. No analytics scripts, no third-party trackers, no fingerprinting.
Published answers are stripped of any identifying information about the asker. Paid answers are private by default and are never published unless you explicitly opt in. We store data on Cloudflare D1, with TLS in transit and encrypted at rest.
You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Email hello@askrami.com and we'll process it within 7 days. We retain Stripe-issued receipts as long as legally required for tax purposes.
